Systems Engineer II - Infrastructure - Servers

As a Systems Engineer II within the Booker Technology Infrastructure team, you’ll help manage and evolve our core server platforms to ensure they are reliable, secure and aligned with business needs.

You’ll work across physical, virtualised and cloud-based systems, balancing day-to-day operational support with longer‑term planning and improvement. From performance optimisation and incident response through to future roadmaps and capacity planning, you’ll play a key role in keeping our infrastructure running smoothly.

Working closely with both internal colleagues and third‑party partners, you’ll translate strategy into clear, actionable delivery—supporting a stable, secure platform that enables the business to grow. You’ll also contribute to service reporting, project delivery and regular Disaster Recovery and Total Loss testing, while building strong relationships with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
