Provides accurate and reliable resolutions to problems of the client.
Applies best practices in implementing and providing support and recommendation.

Provides support for clients under 24x7 MA.
Provides tests and evaluates new products.
Assists other engineers in providing solutions that involves enterprise application support solution.
