Job Description
**Description:** You will be the Systems Engineer Senior - Level 3 for the Advanced Development Program (ADP) which is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end systems engineering support across the ADP product line.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer Senior - Level 3 you will be responsible for guiding complex engineering efforts from concept through aircraft sustainment in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving requirements tracking, decomposition, and flow‑down across multiple programs.
Conducting risk management and technical trade studies to inform design decisions.
Developing and maintaining verification and validation plans, ensuring airworthiness compliance.
Collaborating with suppliers, functional experts, and senior engineers to integrate solutions.
Applying industry‑standard requirement formulation, traceability, and metrics.
