Systems Engineer Staff - Technical Planning Engineer

**Description:** The Aeronautic Technical Planning team has been established to ensure all Aero Lines of Business (LOB) have a standard approach to proposal development defining a sound basis for execution of an integrated effort across technical teams. This is a key part of any effort to define a proposal baseline, as well as to establish a Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) after contract award. This standard technical planning approach / process is also intended to enable subsequent technical management activities. The Aero Technical Planning team is responsible for providing guidance and/or oversight to the appropriate teams during the proposal development process enabling the creation of robust technical artifacts increasing the technical integrity of the product. The team will also assist in establishing a strong technical plan and business rhythm for contract execution.
