Systems Engineering Manager

Texas Instruments is seeking a **Systems Manager** within the System Engineering Marketing (SEM) organization. In this role, you will manage a team of system engineers, who in turn provide customers with complete semiconductor solutions for Test & Measurement applications. You may also work with Business Units & sales and marketing functions to determine priorities, and then direct and monitor the team to provide reference designs or otherwise demonstrate the integration of multiple products within an end-equipment solution. Additional job functions include providing technical expertise directly to large-volume customers or providing solutions for the general market. Providing inputs for future product development based on customer application specifications and market trends is key. This is a supervisory role with direct reports.
