Systems Engineering – Test Systems

What Success Looks Like in This Role Success in this role means becoming the technical and execution leader ensuring mission‑critical test systems are delivered on schedule, meet stringent aerospace/defense requirements, and perform reliably in production and qualification environments. Within your first 6–12 months, you will:

+ Provide accurate, actionable program status to IPTLs/Program Managers, enabling data‑driven decisions aligned with cost, schedule, and technical performance (EVMS).

+ Lead engineering teams through complex system integration and test challenges, ensuring solutions meet rigorous defense standards.

+ Drive configuration control and technical rigor, confidently leading change approvals (CCBs) and supporting root cause and corrective action efforts through FRBs.

+ Establish yourself as a go-to technical authority for test systems integration, troubleshooting, and production support.
