Key tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and execute change initiatives and enhancement projects
• Analyzebusiness requirements, perform data analysis, and propose solutions/designs
• Coordinate closely with business stakeholders and the onshore development team
• Organize, execute, and support testing and training activities
• Prepare andmaintainclear, structured documentation

Essential skills and qualifications

• Excellentexpertisein SAP FS‑RI (Base and Risk Manager Non‑Life), including closing processes, and data model understanding.
• A minimum of10years’ experience as a reinsurance business analystand subject matter expertin SAP FS‑RI
• Minimum one cycleEnd‑to‑endimplementation experience SAP FS‑RI
• Able to work independently and deliver changes/projects with minimal guidance
• Highly client‑focused team player with strong collaboration skills
