Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY    The Systems & Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day administration of City Parks Foundation's technology systems and tools, including Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other platforms used across the organization.


This role helps ensure staff can effectively access, use, and rely on these systems in their daily work.


This is a highly collaborative role that works across teams to troubleshoot issues, manage requests, support technology operations, and contribute to ongoing improvements in how systems are used.


The Coordinator will play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and helping build more consistent processes over time.


This position reports to the Senior Manager of Systems and Strategy.
