Systems Training Center Manager, Learning Excellence

Initial Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Manager for the Learning Center of Excellence in Malaysia. The role focuses on the design, development, and delivery of high-quality system application training aligned with Global Development objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing relationships with SMEs, designing instruction, and evaluating training effectiveness. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in Clinical, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device sectors. Knowledge of GxP guidelines is preferred.
