Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain the Temenos T24 core banking system, ensuring its performance, stability, and security.
Regularly monitor the T24 system environment, including hardware, software, and network components, to ensure optimal system performance and early detection of issues.
Patch Management & Upgrades
- Manage and apply system patches, updates, and upgrades to the T24 platform to ensure the system is running on the latest version and is compliant with regulatory and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, such as performance bottlenecks, transaction errors, and other system failures, in collaboration with developers and other IT teams.
- Implement and manage backup procedures for the T24 system, ensuring regular backups are taken, tested, and stored securely. Ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and tested periodically.
