Melodica Music & Dance Academy in Dubai is seeking a Senior Front Desk Officer. In this role, you will manage the front desk operations, assist students and parents, handle administrative tasks, and promote music education services.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in customer service and sales, holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and demonstrates strong communication skills. Immediate availability is preferred, and a full-time contract is offered.
