Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Internship

As our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern at our Central Head Office (CHO) in Amsterdam, you’ll sit at the heart of how we attract, engage and welcome new colleagues. This role connects two worlds: Employer Branding is the why and the story we tell; Talent Acquisition is the how and the execution that makes it real. You’ll support the recruitment journey with care and structure, while also helping us build authentic employer branding content and initiatives that resonate with future colleagues. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and our Employer Branding partners in an international environment.
