Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Manager

You ensure an efficient and effective talent acquisition process and identify great talent to meet the company's objectives. You will act as a strategic talent scout, innovator, collaborator and effective networker across all business functions in Tiger Brands and use the Employer Brand to focus on key talent segments and design focused acquisition campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design a talent acquisition strategy to support the development of the Executive, Snr Leadership, Professional, Critical and Young Talent acquisition objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight of the Young Talent portfolio, and integration of early career programmes into the employer brand and talent acquisition & development strategy.
