Job Responsibilities- Lead and oversee a team to manage full-cycle recruitment from candidate engagement, shortlisting, screening, interview through to offer negotiation and preparation of employment agreements
- Develop and implement innovative and effective recruiting strategies to target and attract top talents
- Provide advisory consultations to hiring departments on the recruitment process, giving recommendations and guidance on the hiring decisions
- Identify and network with key talent pools to actively head-hunt passive candidates and generate pipeline for current and future roles based on the headcounts required, ensuring suitable tracking methods used to oversee future potential hires
