Recruitment Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational structure and business growth. Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, overseeing resume screening, interviews, and hiring to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
- Channel Strategy & Optimization: Analyze talent market trends to expand and maintain diverse sourcing channels (campus partnerships, executive search, digital platforms). Evaluate channel performance, refine sourcing mixes, and enhance cost‑efficiency in recruitment.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Conduct industry and talent mapping to strategically build a pipeline of core competencies. Curate and update a dynamic talent pool, proactively engaging potential candidates to support long‑term organizational objectives.
