Job Purpose:

Lead Talent Acquisition for Real Estate / EPC Projects by delivering timely and high-quality hiring for technical, project, and corporate roles, with strong execution and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
Partner with Project Heads, Business Heads, and HODs to plan and deliver the annual manpower plan across projects and HO functions, track quarterly against approved budgets
Drive end-to-end hiring for roles across

Project Management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define role requirements and create clear, market-aligned job descriptions
Build strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
Source candidates through multiple channels including referrals, job portals, industry networks, vendors, and passive headhunting
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—screening, technical coordination, client/stakeholder interviews, offer negotiation, and closure
