Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will join our Recruitment Department to contribute in strengthening the growth of Amaris Consulting at the international level. You will oversee handling from A to Z the recruitment process of candidates and providing them an exceptional experience within Amaris Consulting. You act as a real business partner to find the best candidate for your internal clients.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is lead to:

• Sourcing, Pre-selection interviews through phone calls, references… You will have access to the best recruitment tools on the market and you will be also supported by an amazing team to ensure your success!


• Understand and challenge new needs; define a proactive Recruitment and Sourcing strategy.


• Work as a team with your clients, the managers and other TA teams.
