Job Description

We are establishing a new Global TA Hub in Barcelona to strengthen our global recruiting setup. In this role, you will focus on hiring for the German market while partnering closely with local HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, bringing in your recruiting expertise, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and taking ownership of the recruitment process.

Your tasks: ​
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across different fields, mainly for the German market​;

Strategic advisor and challenger to hiring managers on talent decision;

Proactively source, engage and hire top candidates using modern recruiting techniques and tools;

Ensure a strong quality focus in candidate selection and hiring process;

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles;

Collaborate in an international and intercultural environment.
