Talent Acquisition Partner, Business and GTM

What you’ll do We’re looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to own hiring across key Business and GTM functions — Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing. You’ll partner directly with executives and hiring managers to attract top talent at every level, from individual contributors to Director.

This hybrid role is based in Toronto.

Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and build clear, effective hiring strategies

Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies across platforms, events, and outreach to attract diverse talent

Lead thorough candidate assessments and guide hiring managers through structured, consistent selection processes
