Talent Acquisition Partner - Delivery & Construction

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and make a real impact on how we attract and hire talent.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, working as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across different delivery and construction departments UK wide. This is a hands‑on role where your sourcing expertise, stakeholder relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences will directly shape our success.

What you’ll do

• Manage full recruitment lifecycles from job posting through to offer and day 1 onboarding, ensuring smooth, efficient processes
• Use your direct sourcing skills across LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, social media, and creative channels to find exceptional candidates
• Build proactive pipelines of passive talent for hard‑to‑fill and high‑demand roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external agencies as a trusted talent advisor
