About the role

Southern Cross Health Insurance serves close to one million members across Aotearoa. Right now, we are building out our technology capability and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcing) to find great people and support them throughout the recruitment process. This is a full‑time, nine‑month fixed‑term role based at Te Kupenga in the Auckland CBD.

What you'll do

• Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team to source across hard‑to‑fill roles, covering both inbound marketing of our brand and outbound proactive sourcing.
• Build pipelines, run searches, and clarify what great talent looks like before beginning the hunt.
• Leverage your sharp instincts in the NZ tech market, fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, social channels, and personal networks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience for everyone, not just successful hires.
