Talent Acquisition Specialist – Go-To-Market (Barcelona)

Requirements

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven expertise hiring GTM/Sales profiles (AE, AM, CSM) ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
• Good understanding of B2B commercial roles, sales cycles, and what makes a great GTM hire
• Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and able to build strong pipelines on competitive profiles
• Experience working directly with Sales and Revenue leaders, advising on best practices and building trust
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches at once, with strong project management and prioritization skills
• Obsessed with delivering a great candidate experience and representing the Spendesk brand
• Curious, solutions-oriented, and always looking to improve and innovate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
