Frazer Jones is partnering exclusively with a boutique asset manager seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter to join their established recruitment team. This opportunity has been released as an initial 6‑month contract with responsibility for hiring across the EMEA region.

This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who has operated in-house, managing multi‑site recruitment across the UK, Asia, and the Middle East. You will bring a strong track record within financial services and be confident owning the full end-to-end recruitment process. Due to significant hiring volumes, our client is looking to secure the right individual as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
