Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, and corporate roles. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultancies, and campus hiring drives. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Build and maintain strong relationships with TPOs (Training & Placement Officers), colleges, and recruitment consultancies for campus drives and corporate hiring. Plan and coordinate campus recruitment activities, walk-ins, and hiring events. Willing to travel across the country for campus drives, recruitment events, and hiring activities. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical interviews. Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding processes.
