Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: On-site – Gulberg, Lahore Experience: 3-5 Years Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts across a variety of functions including sales, marketing, client advocacy, and tech. You'll play a key part in ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and supporting Software Finder’s rapid growth with top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer roll-out for assigned roles.
Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
Conduct initial screening calls and HR rounds to evaluate candidate experience, skillset, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and set timelines.
