Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a key member of the GBS Talent Acquisition team in Manila, acting as a recruitment and process expert. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment, high‑volume and specialized hiring, process excellence, and employer branding initiatives supporting the growth of the newly built Manila hub.

You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders, drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, and contribute to the growth and maturity of the GBS talent ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, proactive sourcing, screening, interviews, stakeholder coordination, feedback management, offer negotiation, and closure.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver timely outcomes.
