Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our various clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit with the client brief.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build a pipeline of candidates for future recruitment needs.
