Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels 

Actively source, screen and interview candidates to build a strong pipeline of qualified applicants 

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job specifications

Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding

Maintain a robust applicant tracking system and generate relevant recruitment reports

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and legal compliance in talent acquisition

Promote the ALPLA employer brand and support employer branding initiatives
