Become a vital part of NorQuest’s Talent Operations team as a Talent Coordinator. Support employee onboarding, benefits, and data management for a seamless employee experience.
In this full-time, permanent role, you will facilitate employee data changes and manage the HR Information Systems (HRIS). You will assist in benefits administration, onboarding processes, and employees' inquiries, ensuring that new NorQuesters feel welcomed and supported.
