Job Description
Administration
- Establish action plans and schedules for meeting departmental priorities.
- Assign responsibilities allocate resources and co-ordinate the activities of yourself and others to meet objectives effectively and efficiently.
Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
- Works with superior in the preparation and management of the departments budget. Duties include:
- Co-ordinate the preparation of the departmental annual budget and capex.
- Manage the Departments expenses.
Training and Human Resources
- To attend trainings and meetings as and when required.
- Create an environment in which both external candidates and Ambassadors experience the Sofitel Values.
- Ambassador Care; execute and implement the Human Resources processes.
