Job Description

Administration

  • Establish action plans and schedules for meeting departmental priorities.
  • Assign responsibilities allocate resources and co-ordinate the activities of yourself and others to meet objectives effectively and efficiently.

Financial and Revenue Responsibilities

  • Works with superior in the preparation and management of the departments budget. Duties include:
  • Co-ordinate the preparation of the departmental annual budget and capex.
  • Manage the Departments expenses.

Training and Human Resources

  • To attend trainings and meetings as and when required.
  • Create an environment in which both external candidates and Ambassadors experience the Sofitel Values.
