Talent & Development Leader — Learning, Inclusion & Growth

Clarion Housing Group Limited is seeking a Head of Talent & Development to lead Learning & Development, Talent, Early Careers, and ED&I functions. This hybrid role requires significant experience in leadership development and strategic people initiatives, with the responsibility to shape talent strategies and ensure equitable access to growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will be integral in building skills and leadership capability while contributing to Clarion's ambition of becoming a sector-leading organization. The role is based flexibly, though regular travel to the Head Office in London is expected.
