As the Talent Intelligence Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategy and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Workforce Strategy, you will manage a team of Workforce Analysts and be responsible for maintaining accurate workforce data, driving capacity forecasting, and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
