Talent Intern

Support HR Managers in the daily responsibilities of Human Resources Department in the different areas: recruitment, performance evaluation, organization, events, employment forums, new policies, etc.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Being the HR main figure for other interns at the company.
• Resumes screening in LinkedIn and other sources.
• Phone approach to candidates to search for operative data.
• Conducting interviews and searching for the best talent.
• Having direct contact with universities, associations and academic centers to settle the internships terms and conditions.
• Assist in the integration of new hires and coordinate with other departments to ensure that the process is performed successfully.
• Manage all the procedures related with the administration of the employees into the company (documentation, relationship with personnel administration, IT equipment, first day at the office etc.)
