Overview of the role

The Talent Knowledge Content Designer position focuses on being the sole owner of the Talent Acquisition knowledge ecosystem, with real autonomy to shape how hundreds of employees access and experience critical process information. This role involves transforming raw process knowledge into beautifully structured, visually compelling Confluence pages that people actually want to read. You'll collaborate directly with a forward-thinking Learning team that is actively revamping how knowledge is built and shared, with exposure to tools like EdApp, NotebookLM, and AI-assisted content creation.
