Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other long-tail affiliates as part of the Shopee Ambassador Programme
- Explore new trends, initiatives, and special pushes to encourage user-generated content from KOLs to achieve the team goals
- Track and analyse the performance of existing affiliate channels through a data-driven approach, and consequently optimise and achieve commercial objectives
- Ideate new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns, and support execution of platform and brand campaigns
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree qualification in a relevant field
- Ability to work independently, pay attention to details, and good with both verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach, with good knowledge of Excel
