The
Talent Management Partner
plays a critical role in supporting Talent Management operations by providing comprehensive administrative and technical support across North America (NA) and select global initiatives
. Responsibilitie Perform tasks within Company Academy related to training administration, training records, reporting, end-user support, and help requests. Manage and respond to Company -Training inbox inquiries, including support for mandatory compliance training. Maintain communication with the Company Master Data team for SAP updates impacting Company Academy. Maintain and update Peak Performance application data and troubleshoot end-user issues with a deep understanding of the app’s functionality and configuration, generate reports.
