As a Talent Programs Partner on the People & Culture team, you will implement and manage talent programs at Capital Power. With 4-7 years of relevant experience, your role involves not only facilitating workshops but also managing learning platforms to ensure a comprehensive employee experience. You'll drive multiple talent initiatives across the organization.
