Profile Requirements:

- Proven experience using Loxo, Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn, or similar sourcing platforms
- Background in recruiting for construction or infrastructure roles is a significant advantage
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; able to work autonomously without constant oversight
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with candidate outreach, follow-ups, and crafting humanized, compelling messaging
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT to enhance communication and personalize outreach content
