Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement—SEA/ANZ

Accenture Southeast Asia located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring efforts. This role will involve engaging with potential candidates for various roles and working closely with recruiters to establish a pipeline of talent.

The ideal candidate should have excellent research and communication skills, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience in sourcing or recruiting within the SEA and ANZ regions. Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.
