Responsibilities Encourage talent promotion and mobility within and across the business Work with and influence HR Business Partners and Executives to identify, develop and retain key talent Develop a positive relationship with employees by giving focus to career development through individual development, career pathing, and progression. Act as a liaison between HR and Line Managers to connect the best internal talent to existing opportunities.
