We hire high-potential engineers from diverse academic backgrounds as full-time employees from day one , providing structured, hands‑on training to build strong computer science fundamentals and real-world development skills.
Participants are paid throughout the training period , and upon successful completion of the program, they join engineering teams as full‑time software professionals with the same roles, career progression paths, compensation growth, and benefits as computer science graduates .
