Job Description
The Tank Cleaner is responsible for cleaning, degassing, and maintenance operations on marine and industrial tanks, confined spaces, and associated equipment.
Working under the supervision of the Tank Cleaning Foreman, the role ensures all cleaning activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company, safety, and environmental standards.
The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and experienced in industrial or marine cleaning operations, with the ability to work in challenging confined space environments.
Key Responsibilities
Tank & Equipment Cleaning
- Perform manual and mechanical cleaning of fuel, ballast, sludge, and water tanks onboard vessels and industrial sites.
- Operate cleaning equipment including pumps, high-pressure washers, and vacuum systems.
- Assist with chemical cleaning, degassing, and residue removal operations as required.
