Tax Accounting Head to lead and safeguard the company’s tax compliance and regulatory standing across GDI and its subsidiaries. This role is critical in ensuring sound tax governance, proactive risk management, and effective coordination with regulatory authorities.

Responsibility

• Lead and oversee tax accounting and compliance for Golden Donuts Inc. and all its subsidiaries
• Ensure timely, accurate preparation and filing of BIR reports, returns, and statutory requirements
• Manage and secure all business permits, licenses, and regulatory renewals
• Act as the primary representative of the company in BIR audits, assessments, and negotiations
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize compliance while managing tax exposure and risks
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure company-wide adherence
