Role Overview
The Corporate Tax Consultant will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive advisory and compliance support, primarily focusing on the UAE Corporate Tax (CT) regime. The role involves interpreting tax laws and regulations, advising clients on tax‑efficient structures, tax due diligence and assisting on CT return filing compliance in line with the requirements of the Federal Tax Authority. The Consultant will manage client engagements, assist in tax advisory and manage tax filings, tax due diligence, drive discussions with clients, conduct technical research, and support clients in related tax matters. Tax consultant will need to have expertise and be able to interpret the Corporate Tax Law and have experience in preparing advisory reports.
