Job Overview
The positions comp is 20-30% above market. This role is designed for a highly technical Director who has spent several years operating at senior level within a Big 4, Big 6, or Top 10 firm, and who may now be facing limited progression in their current organization. The firm is seeking one Director with strong U.S. tax financial services – asset and wealth management compliance credentials, the ability to manage significant client relationships, and the appetite to take on increased responsibility with a clear pathway toward Partner.
