Tax Experienced Senior, ASC 740 & Corporate Tax

Job Summary: 

An ASC 740 Experienced Senior Associate is responsible for supporting the preparation and review of income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740, applying . GAAP and tax accounting foundational knowledge to complete accurate and timely tax provision calculations, documentation, and reporting, and identifying and resolving complex tax issues. In this role, the ASC 740 Experienced Senior Associate will work closely with clients and team members to ensure completion of deliverables and may be charged with developing junior staff and contributing to process improvements within the ASC 740 department.
