Job Description

What you can expect
You are responsible for managing ongoing taxation matters for the German entities of the corporate group.
Your responsibilities include the preparation and filing of tax balance sheets or reconciliation statements, tax returns, and e‑balance sheets for the German group entities.
You take ownership of the entire tax lifecycle – from ongoing advisory services and year‑end closing to tax filings and tax audits.
You play a key role in the continuous digitalization of the tax function, particularly in the area of ongoing taxes (interim processes, tax filings, e‑balance sheets, etc.).
You are responsible for complex areas of tax law, e.g. the German Reorganization Tax Act (UmwStG), the Foreign Tax Act (AStG), and the Minimum Tax Act (MinStG).
You manage the tax interfaces with international group entities, both in connection with profit distributions and intercompany relationships.
