About the job

We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated Chartered account/CMA with direct tax and transfer pricing experience to manage and facilitate the accurate and time compliances under income tax law to manage our Direct Tax function on a full-time basis. This position will be based at our Gurugram office.

The Specialist is responsible for transfer pricing to manage and facilitate the accurate and time compliances under income tax law.

Your tasks will include:

  • Manage the preparation and timely filing of Form 3CEB, Master File, and other applicable transfer pricing disclosures.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for preparation and updating of Local File and benchmarking studies.
  • Ensure transfer pricing documentation is robust, defensible, and aligned with OECD guidelines and Group policies.
