Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Taxonomist and Knowledge Architect to join the Information Architecture team within the oCXO Fan Intelligence group. You will be a strategic partner to our Franchise Analytics teams. You will design and advocate for architecture solutions that improve how we deliver insights. These insights are for campaign planning and executive decision-making across marketing and customer experience. You will bridge the gap between traditional library science and modern data engineering. You have a curious mindset and are comfortable explaining semantic relationships to stakeholders and writing utility scripts to automate metadata pipelines. We ask that you be a proactive problem solver who understands how data structures drive business value in a high‑scale environment.
