TB - Counselor

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology or a relevant discipline
• Experience working in the development sector as a counselor or in a similar role (desired)
• Excellent communication, counselling, coordination and training skills
• Proficiency in MS-Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication, managerial and leadership skills
• Proven track record of teamwork
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Supportive and team player

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct counselling for registered index TB patients and their eligible family members for TPT through phone calls, visits to large private hospitals selected for provision of TPT services, household visits, etc.
